How fast do I get help?

Requests via the ticket system are handled in a structured way and prioritized depending on your plan. Premium and VIP clients receive prioritized handling.

Do you come to our office?

Yes, on-site support is available in Munich and Bavaria by appointment — included in the Premium and VIP plans.

Do you support Microsoft 365?

Yes, from basic help to setup and migration up to ongoing administration in the VIP plan.

What happens to unused support hours?

Included support hours apply per calendar month. Unused hours expire at the end of the month — this keeps the plans fairly priced.

Do you also help private clients?

Yes, ITTGO also supports private individuals — for example with PCs, email, printers and Wi-Fi. The Basic plan is a good starting point.
