Plans
Monthly plans with included support hours — unused hours expire at the end of the month, which keeps the plans fairly priced. All prices according to § 19 UStG.

Yes, on-site support is available in Munich and Bavaria by appointment — included in the Premium and VIP plans.

Yes, ITTGO also supports private individuals — for example with PCs, email, printers and Wi-Fi. The Basic plan is a good starting point.
